Everyone from the director to the housekeeper to the chefs takes a personal interest in each and every patient. The facility was very clean and well run. Very peaceful, clean, great programs, great caring people. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. It had a great time at the facility. Classes are held throughout each day and cover topics from spiritual wellness to relapse prevention. The staff was wonderful and it changed my life completely.

Amazing place, saved my life and many others, thanks!

The very feeling of ‘being taken care of’ makes you want to be a better person. There’s a lot of learning and fun activities going on at the facility and people including the staff and patients are really nice to each other. The curriculum is great and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Teamwork is a key factor. It provides a wonderful sense of community and spirituality. The treatment team is highly experienced and trained. I really want to mention that I loved the one on one therapy. It helped me get on with my program.

I found the whole experience amazing. I was extremely impressed with the counselors. Every group therapy counselor and the private counselor was extremely caring at Fellowship Hall Incorporated who helped me throughout my treatment. I can tell with certainty that they worked as a team, to bring to the table individual needs as well as the needs of the group.

Prescription opioid use may be slippery slope to alcoholism abuse; one study found that 86 percent of heroin users transitioned into the illegal drug after abusing opioid pain relievers. 'In North Carolina, 16,000 inhabitants utilize heroin every year, a number that may continue to increase as prescriptions for opioids rise.

  • Payment programs and sliding-scale fees: Ask the rehabilitation center if they've discounted rates for low-income earners or installment plans which will decrease the load of handing more than a lump sum up front.
  • Health insurance: If you've got private insurance, then locate a centre that takes your plan. Also ask if they accept Medicaid or Medicare.
  • Personal loans and health care credit: Should you need to pay more than you are able at the start, you could be able to take out a loan to pay for this or make an application for a health care credit card.
