Provides a variety of literature, referrals, emotional support, help obtaining arrest reports and other legal documents, assists to understand the legal system, accompanies victim/survivors to court and help victim statements for court. The mission is to stop drunk driving, support victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking. Calls to the state office will be returned within 48-hours if the office is closed. The national toll-free line 877-MADD HELP offers live answer 24 hours daily. The Indiana State Victim Advocate will help and provide support to people who live where no chapter exists.
