Resources for Human Development’s Louisiana Intensive Outpatient Program (RHD-LA IOP+) provides substance abuse treatment to adults in the greater New Orleans area who are in need of a level of care less intensive than inpatient and more intensive than outpatient services. Utilizing an empowerment, strengths based Recovery Mode.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment aims to promote self-efficacy through group, individual, and family therapy with auxiliary case management and pro-social, sober living services resulting in a holistic and individualistic approach to client recovery. The overarching goal of the program is to address the gap in step down substance abuse services in the greater New Orleans area.

Payment is on a sliding fee scale based on income and other factors, also accepted is medicaid, and medicare.
