Overview

Community Support Services provide an array of support services delivered by community-based, mobile Community Support Specialists (formerly called a "case manager"). CSS are directed towards adults, children, adolescents and families and will vary with respect to hours, type and intensity of services, depending on the changing needs of each individual. The intake fee is determined based on source of income and applicable insurance coverage. When contacting the appropriate county office to schedule an intake, the intake fee will be discussed at the time. Payment is expected at the time of service.
